" A Message To My Younger Self"

This therapeutic meeting is designed to help women who are struggling with unresolved pain and trauma from their past. It is intended for those who have not properly addressed or healed from their emotional wounds, and instead have focused on outward appearances without inner healing. This empowering meeting aims to facilitate the healing and recovery process for attendees. The agenda includes inspirational speakers, motivational exercises, wisdom-sharing, resource connection, a self-journal, therapeutic arts and crafts, life coaching sessions, a nourishing dinner, and food-tasting opportunities.
